Returns and Refund Policy

At Capri Clinic, we want every experience — whether a treatment or a thoughtful gift — to feel seamless, luxurious, and fair. Please take a moment to review our Gift Card Returns and Refund Policy.

1. General Conditions

  • Capri Clinic Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, either in full or in part.

  • Gift Cards are valid only for Capri Clinic treatments and services. They cannot be used for unrelated purchases.

  • Each Gift Card carries a unique code that must be presented at the time of redemption.

2. Validity Period

  • Capri Clinic Gift Cards do not expire and remain valid indefinitely from the date of purchase.

  • Expired Gift Cards cannot be redeemed, extended, or refunded.

3. Cancellations & Returns

  • Once purchased, Gift Cards are considered final sale.

  • We do not offer returns, cancellations, or refunds for Gift Cards except as required under South African consumer protection law.

  • If you purchased a Gift Card in error (e.g., duplicate transaction), please notify us within 48 hours at bookings@capriclinic.co.za so we can review the situation.

4. Lost or Stolen Gift Cards

  • Capri Clinic is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged Gift Cards.

  • Replacement may only be considered if you provide proof of purchase and the Gift Card has not yet been redeemed.

5. Incorrect Charges or Disputes

  • If you believe you have been incorrectly charged, please contact us immediately with your proof of payment.

  • Disputes will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and any refund issued (if applicable) will be processed via the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

6. Gift Card Redemption

  • Gift Cards may only be redeemed in-store at Capri Clinic in Cape Town.

  • Gift Cards cannot be combined with other promotions, packages, or discounted offers unless explicitly stated.

  • Any balance remaining on a partially redeemed Gift Card will be available until the card’s expiry date.

7. Legal Rights

  • Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under South African consumer protection law.
